Wall Area = Length × Height

Bricks = Area × Bricks per sq ft × (1 + Waste%)

Standard bricks: ~7 per sq ft for single wythe wall.

Wall: 20ft × 10ft, Standard bricks, 10% waste

Area = 200 sq ft

Bricks = 200 × 7 × 1.10 = 1,540 bricks
